Completed Metric Century (62 miles) – Overall I felt great. 25+ miles of head wind, but kept a good 90 RMP/13 mph pace. See stats here:
Weigh In Start of the month
Continue to ride and progress. Working out with weights 1 a week and core 2x’s a week. Will increase this as I get closer to the winter.
Sept included the following training methods
Lots of vegetables and vegetable protein shake (vega). I am using Zwift, TrainerRoad and Commuting for my training.
