Accomplishments – Oct 3rd I finished Metric century (62.1 miles) with no hip pain (little tightness). 4 hours 16 min.
Weigh In Start of the month – 220lb
Positives – Continue to ride consistently and keep training up. Taking 1 week off and 1 week easy in November before starting new training plan.
Base plan will be using cyclo90 base system and then I will be using trainer road to increase my ride time.
Meals will be pretty strict this winter to help with weight loss and continue to build strength.
