Happy New Year!!!


5-6 days of 30 minutes or more of exercise. Been doing more plyo work and HIT sessions. Biking has been mostly on weekends. Plan to pick it up more cycling in FEB/MAR

Weigh In Start of the month



Keeping a healthy lifestyle. Exercising and my Eating habits are good and I am able to splurge on the weekends without any guilt.

JAN included the following training methods

Weight training, HIP mobility and core. Daily Burn in the A.M times really have strengthen my legs.
