Continue to keep with my diet of leafy greens, protein and fruits. Finished full schedule of daily burn Black fire (HIT sessions).

Continue to ride more and more. Average time on mountain bike has increased to 90 minutes with hard to medium efforts.

March  included the following training methods

Add more riding time on the bike.
