Accomplishments

Bike commuting to work 4 days a week. 5 miles back /forth. This has been a great move for me. I really look forward to riding my bike in the mornings and after work.

Weigh In Start of the month

220lb. Leafy greens are very present in my diet and I am pretty consistent with my healthy eating habits. Its been a tough and not easy when me and wife go out. But we are working on sharing our meals to cut down on the calories.

Positives

I am happy with fully moving toward getting rid of the vehicle. I will eventually not drive at all and hope to only rely on a vehicle during the snowy months.

July included the following training methods

Cardio/Stretching. Dealiing with Piriformis Syndrome . This has ended my hopes to race this year in cyclocross.
