Sticking with good meal plan, logging my meals on myfitnesspal, keeping a 6-7 day work out schedule. Planning my mtn bike riding for this year. Working on distance and adventure type riding.

212lb – lost 10lb


Strength in the hip area keeps improving and feeling really good. Gotta keep the stretches up due to hip gets really tight and sore.

Dec included the following training methods

Staying with 4 small meals a day method

Working in strength, core and cardio using Daily burn videos. Riding 2 times week
