Really working on my diet. Still not 100, but keeping the water near by and eating tons of vegetables.
Weigh In Start of the month
216lb. Continue to monitor my intake. Carbs, bread and sugars make me feel like crap. Been struggling due to I am off the bike right now due to my injury.
Got my SS commuter and having a ball putting it together. Started a daily stretching routine and will be going to Physical therapy starting Thursday.
Aug included the following training methods
Cardio/Stretching every morning. Dealiing with Piriformis Syndrome and getting better. Still having numbness in my right legs in the mornings and from walking.
