What a month! I took this month to have fun and keep my eating habits up along with keeping good exercise plan intact. Its been a tough Dec & Jan. Im glad Feb is here and I am back on my training schedule.
Weigh In Start of the month
– 219 lbs
– Continue to work on meal plan. Eat more fruit, vegetables, & whole grains
Defeating stress with excise. Maintain a good diet during this long break period and just kept positive during this time.
January included the following training methods
– Continue to work on core and do push-ups 2x’s a week
– Ride bike 2-3 time s a week on trainer for 45minutes
– Get out and enjoy winter sports
