Accomplishments

Established good eating habits & learned to cope with stress. I have also maintained small amount of fitness during this stressful month.

Weigh In Start of the month

– 220lbs
– Continue to work on meal plan. Eat more fruit, vegetables, & whole grains

Positives

– Maintaining fitness
– keeping up good eating habits
– Dealing with stress in a positive way

November included the following training methods

– Continue to work on core and do push-ups 2x’s a week
– Ride bike 1-2 time s a week on trainer for 45minutes
– Get out and enjoy winter sports
