100 mile weekend

Good weekend!

Bumped my mileage to 40-50 miles or 3 hours in the saddle.  It was easy to get motivated to the next level and I am seeing all the hard work pay off already. 3 hours in the saddle and the only thing that actually was hurting was my legs on Sunday due to  being tired.

Couple of items I  am missing when I do long hours of the bike to help with energy and muscle recovery.

1. Continue to keep good form. Stop pushing on the peddles when climbing.

2. Add some additive to my water bottles. Going to try hammer powder Endurolytes

On to new training week!
