Feb 1st .. it begins!

After 2 months of relaxing (including dealing with stress),  it’s time to get back in the saddle &  start training for my 2010 cross season!  I’m pretty stoked to have stayed in good fitness and maintained a pretty good diet plan while not having a regimented training program. I think this will be my goal for every season to take 2 months off and just have fun.
