Stress is crazy lately so I’m taking it easy and not going to train 6 days a week.
I plan to get back on track Jan 1st 2010 and dedicate most of the 2010 year to train for cyclocross.
So what am I going to do during the next 2 months? I am still sticking with my meal plan, will continue core/aerobic exercise 2x’s a week and will spin on the bike 1-2 days a week. This will keep my fitness maintained and keep my legs ready for the January training plan.
