Month Number 2 complete!

So far, so good after 2+ months of training!

Fitness level is climbing and the weight is dropping. I have officially lost 24 pounds in 2.5 months. This is right on schedule and was pretty easy considering that  I work out 6 days a week & have a very low calorie meal plan. Combination of spinning, Core exercises, & road riding has given me more energy on a daily basis. I feel great and looking forward to moving into hard and tougher training this winter.

I have also been updating my race schedule trying to find a medium of road racing, triathlons & cyclo-cross. Been pretty hard to gauge what I will be able to do since I am still working on base fitness at this time. I know for sure I will be doing cyclo-cross next week no matter what.

On to month 3!
