Weekend Training


Friday (30 minute ride), Saturday (1 hour ride) & Sunday (1 hour speed walk) was the begining of me getting back on the bicycle.  These three days where pretty successful workouts minus the normal soreness that comes to getting accustomed to sitting on a bicycle seat. “OUCH”! I opted to go with speed walking on Sunday for 1 hour to get my legs loosened up & take a break to heal up my bum.

My main goal is to get the ride time and establish time on the bike. Fitness will come as I continue to keep with the riding schedule.

My new diet is simpler than I thought.  Eat specific kinds of foods for specific reasons. Very easy plan my coach has written out for me.
