Accomplishments – Staying on track with cycling program. Enjoying cycling and having fun.

Weigh In Start of the month – 225lb

Positives – continue to Increase strength and flexibility. Soreness comes and goes. Stretching seems to keep the soreness down. Need to work on recovery program.

Feb included the following training methods – Master Cyclo 90 program, trainerroad, zwift & lots of stretching
