Continue to increase time on mountain bike. Riding is up to 2+ hours or rural roads and trails.

Keeping good diet with lots of vegetables. Splurging more on weekends due to the hard, longer rides.
Hip pain is minimal, but still present. Every other day planks/ab work outs seems to keep things normal.
