Accomplishments

First month of PT is in the Books. Feeling better and have less pain. I am focusing on getting back to cycling. Hope to bike commute most of Oct (Doc gave me the thumbs up).

Positives

Learned about myself and how i need to keep a healthy life style. I know now I will have to continue to stretch, keep my core strong and continue to keep active as I get older. If I stop, I will be back where I started when I got this injury.

 

Sept included the following training methods

Core, stretching and light cycling.
