Its day 2 commuting to work and I feel great. Keeping the gears low and lots of spinning. This keeps my Piriformis from coming back while I continue to rehab.
Another positive is my wife is happy. My wife noted that I get cranky when I don’t ride. I guess cycling is my zen. Joshy happy .. joshy want bikey.
Stretching every morning, visiting the chiro and getting massages have been a good thing for me and has taught me a few things about keeping a good regiment when I am riding hard. So .. that being said, I plan to keep this schedule for the rest of my life to avoid getting hurt again. I am not getting any younger, that is for sure.
