Back to fitness

After a prolong break, I have decided to get back into cycling & racing.  I don’t know why I ever stopped, but I know why I did race.  It kept me happy and I love being competitive. I’m currently checking out coaches and working on diet plan.  This should be a great start to a healthy life style once again.

My immediate goals:

1. establish core fitness

2. lose weight

3. do some centuries & mini triathlons
